1. Create an Account & Login: if you don’t already have an account in our system (made via Beechwood Chiropractic or Nalkila directly), you may create one now which will be accessed via your new login. Please ensure that you are ready to book as creating an account/login will also create an account in our database

2. Create a Login: If staff from Beechwood or Nalkila have created your account, you should have received a Welcome Email (contact us directly if you require another). Please use the link on this e-mail to create a login (username and password). This will help you schedule, cancel, look up your previous or future appointments and update your contact information. Note Please save your username and password somewhere safe to avoid creating a duplicate account and also try to avoid using your e-mail address as your username.

Please note that BCC and Nalkila (RMT) are now in the same database and booking online is only available for massage with Nalkila at this time.

Cancellation Policy: if you need to change your appointment for any reason, Nalkila requires 24 hours’ notice. A full fee may apply to any cancelled, rescheduled or missed appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. Repeat missed or cancelled appointments with less then 24 hours’ notice will require credit card information to book future appointments.
